Paus*i*tivity: The act of finding peace within through movement. Your peaceful energy ripples out and pausitively affects others.
For a limited time Sara Holliday is leading free 30 minute stress reducing presentations for groups as small as five and as large as a thousand. She will begin with a sequence of tai chi and yoga like postures to get you out of your head and into your body, followed by simple stretches to release stress in your body, and close with guided relaxation to bring inner peace and calm.
Sara is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Holistic Health Practitioner, and Fitness and Wellness Presenter for small and large groups or corporations. She has appeared on numerous radio and TV shows including Oprah Radio, Martha Stewart Living Radio, KPBS radio, KUSI, KABC, KNSD, KTLA, FOX 5, FOX 6, eHow.com and LiveStrong.com.
